Phoebe Philo brings her own brand of street sass to the Chloe label. Phoebe arrived at Chloe as a relatively unknown assistant designer with her close friend and mentor Stella McCartney. The fashion industry was surprised that such a newcomer would be named to the creative director position of a well established name like Chloe.
